We believe it is important to enable pupils to have opportunities to experience different languages so that they can use the skills that they have learned to build confidence and self-esteem in learning languages. Language is taught through songs, games and picture books. The main focus is on developing confidence in language learning through the acquisition of listening and speaking skills. The pupils in Key Stage 2 learn French.
