It is in everyones interest that complaints about the school are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Therefore, we encourage parents and carers to raise any concerns about their child as soon as possible with the class teacher.
However, we recognise that, despite our best efforts, there may be occasions in which parents and families remain unhappy about something that relates to school and wish to make a complaint.
